Above and top – the Wild Vetch Stencil applied in random free-form style over a painted vintage metal bucket. Bucket painted with two coats of white emulsion (latex) and stencilled with our Agapanthus, Indian Purple, Verbena and Woodland Stencil Paints. The decorated bucket has then been varnished with two coats of our Acrylic Eggshell Varnish to seal and protect. The planted out with a mini Cyprus tree, fuchsia and lobelia bedding plants.
Above – the Wild Vetch Stencil totally transforms these jeans – great on denim in Pure White, with blushes of Bright Yellow and Bright Purple Fabric Paints.
Above – the different strands of the Wild Vetch Stencil have been added on to each other to create a long trailing stem, shown in simple silhouette style – in Ice White Stencil Paint on a hazy purple background.
Above – try joining the different motifs of this stencil together and then repeating the pattern you have created – a brilliant way of creating an all-over pattern effect on a budget! And the beauty of this stencil is that any gaps in your pattern effect can be filled with the smaller motifs on the stencil sheet. Shown here in Agapanthus, Indian Purple, Hedgerow and Woodland Stencil Paints on a light blue background.
Above – this versatile small stencil can be used in myriad ways, as continuous trailing designs, ditsy random repeats or as small embellishments on cards and accessories.
Above – the Wild Vetch Stencil has been repeated in a horizontal freeform border. Shown in natural colours on a pale blue background and in Ice White on a slate blue background.
