Intricately detailed 2 sheet stencil
The early summer flowering wisteria with its prolific, falling blossom and elegantly stylish leaves is a design classic. Here Henny has lovingly captured the detail of the many bloomed flower bunches, the tapering and entwining leaf groups and woody twisted stems and branches to create a truly classic stencil design. The Wisteria Blossom Bough Stencil is a sumptuous bough of profuse falling wisteria blossom and tangled branches - one of our most detailed stencils yet! Ideal for adding amazing focal points to your decorating schemes.

Handy Tips & Stencil Techniques
If you are just starting out stencilling you can still stencil this complex design. Either use a small roller or stencil sponges to stencil the whole design in one colour, silhouette style - the simplest approach! See our photos here for the white silhouette of this stencil on a black decorative panel above a black sofa. Or to stencil with natural wisteria colours, start in the same way, stencilling the whole motif in one single colour, such as light green, to create uniformity to the design and ensure all detailed areas are covered. Then using Stencil Sponges over-stencil the twigs and branches in one or two shades of brown, the flowers on each flower bunch in one or two shades of lilac and one or two shades of green for the leaves. You may wish to go back to certain areas to re-stencil the brown of a twig or green of the flower centres etc. Full instructions also come with this design. See our room set here with the wisteria stencilled above a traditional fireplace with stencil in French Lavender, Forget-me-not (flowers), Ash Green, Verbena, Woodland (leaves and tendrils), Mocha and Chocolat Stencil Paints (branches).
Perfect for adding an extra special finish to horizontal spaces above sofas, fireplaces, beds, windows, arches and doorways. It takes an absolute age to cut each sheet this end, so it is not cheap, but will give the experienced stenciller a thrill to have such an accurately detailed design to work with.
